It is crucial to provide accurate measurements for your window coverings. Please note the following:

Responsibility: You are responsible for taking precise measurements of your windows. If you need guidance on how to measure, refer to our ‘how-to’ guides or contact our customer service for assistance.

Check Details: Before placing your order, carefully review the product details and measurements. Upon receiving the confirmation of your order, ensure its accuracy. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products with incorrect measurements.


Made-to-measure products are tailored to your specific dimensions. Once manufactured, they are suitable only for your windows and cannot be canceled or returned. Therefore, it is essential to be certain about the product type and sizes before placing an order. We recommend utilizing our showroom displays and samples for a better understanding of the product’s color and quality.


Please note that our fabric is cut with precision, but there may be a variance of +/- 3cm. Orders falling within this tolerance limit will not be eligible for replacement.


Fabrics are dyed, and color shades can vary from batch to batch. We cannot guarantee a 100% match with previous orders.


At Dream Decor, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes lead to delays in our installation services. We value your time and strive to provide a seamless experience. Here is our policy regarding tolerance for installation delays:

Flexibility: We acknowledge that scheduling conflicts or unexpected delays can occur. Our installation team is committed to working closely with you to find a suitable alternative installation time if they anticipate a delay in the originally agreed-upon schedule.

Communication: If our installation team anticipates a delay, they will make every effort to communicate this to you as soon as possible. We value transparency and will keep you informed of any changes to the installation timeline.

Tolerance Window: We offer a reasonable tolerance window for installation delays, which is typically up to 30 minutes beyond the scheduled appointment time. We understand that minor delays can occasionally happen due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Rescheduling: If the installation team is unable to complete the installation within the tolerance window and a rescheduled appointment is necessary, we will work with you to find a new mutually convenient date and time.

Customer Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience repeated or significant delays that significantly inconvenience you, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to address your concerns and find a solution that meets your needs.

Notification of Excessive Delays: In rare cases where substantial delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances or exceptional situations, our installation team will promptly notify you and discuss options for rescheduling or alternative solutions.

Compensation: In cases of extreme inconvenience caused by significant and repeated installation delays, Dream Decor may offer compensation or discounts on future services as a goodwill gesture, provided that the delay is a result of factors within our control.

Please understand that while we strive for punctuality, there are situations beyond our control that may lead to installation delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to provide you with the best possible service. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products and installation services.


Ordering by Telephone or WhatsApp: Our customer service team will confirm orders with you. It is your responsibility to verify the order confirmation for accuracy.

Cancellations: Made-to-measure products can only be returned if they are faulty or not as described. If your product is faulty, notify us within 3 working days of receipt with a detailed description and visual evidence.

Cash On Delivery: Refusing to pay upon delivery of manufactured curtains or blinds will result in us contacting Dubai Police in accordance with Consumer Protection laws (The Federal Law No. 24 of 2006 on Consumer Protection)

Returns: Products cannot be returned without prior notification to Dream Decor. Incorrect measurements are not eligible for return, so please consult our measuring guides and contact us for advice if needed. Once you’ve received a confirmation, order measurements cannot be changed.


Refunds will only be considered if your product is faulty or not as described. Once we receive your returned goods, we will inspect them and process refunds via your original payment method. Please check with your bank/card issuer for processing times.


We accept online payments with major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery.


We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following circumstances:

  • The chosen fabric is out of stock.
  • You place an order from a country we are unable to deliver to.
  • A pricing or typing error occurs on our website.
